Is it true my bad credit gets erased after 6 years?
- The laws will differ from were your at but most accounts should fall of after 7yrs from the date of reported default usually 180 days from your last payment. lately i have been hearing a lot about people getting their court cases brought by the credit card companies for failing to pay their bill because of the arbitration clause or provision that is part of the cardholder agreement when you sign up. i have been scared that they can (true credit)
